Sahaj Samadhi Meditation

Develop Equanimity – Transcend into Bliss

Sahaj means easy, natural. Samadhi  means an equanimous state of being.

This short course will teach you how to access the deeper levels of consciousness of yourself. On the first day of the course, the teacher chants the Guru Pooja – beautiful set of sanskrit shlokas listening to which, you are transported into a space which makes you ready to receive initiation into meditation. Each participant is then personally given a mantra by the teacher. A mantra can be thought of as a powerful doorway into meditation.

You will be taught how to use your mantra to effortlessly transcend into meditation. We will discuss the do’s and dont’s for effective meditation.

You will feel relaxed and calm and develop a certain poise coupled with strong inner strength that will grow stronger over time, as you continue to practice. Regular practice of Sahaj Samadhi Meditation creates an armour around you. This armour protects you  and repels malefic influences. It  will even attract beneficial energies towards you.

Weekly follow-up sessions

We have group meditation practices twice a week - Wednesday mornings and Saturday evenings. These sessions are facilitated by our expert teachers themselves and are open exclusively or our students.

There is usually a brief Question and Answer session after the meditation is done where you will have the opportunity to clarify doubts if you have any.
